Green Juice Recipe

There are lots of kale, cucumbers, celery, lemon, ginger, and apples in this green juice recipe! This juice is delicious and nutritious, packed full of fruits and vegetables!

Ingredients

  • One bunch of roughly chopped curly kale
  • One large lemon, quartered and peeled
  • One-inch ginger, peeled
  • One large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Two large, cored and sliced Granny Smith apples
  • four complete celery stalks

Instructions

  • Prepare and wash the vegetables.
  • juice in the specified sequence.
  • Sieve through the mixture if desired (if you don't like pulp)
  • Enjoy your drink right away!

Notes

It's ideal to drink your juice right away, depending on the type of juicer you have (see your handbook). This green juice, made using our juicer, keeps well in the refrigerator for a full day when stored in an airtight container. My juice better served icy cold.
