Green juice should be consumed as soon as possible, although it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours if covered.
It’s ideal to drink your juice right away, depending on the type of juicer you have (see your handbook). This green juice, made using our juicer, keeps well in the refrigerator for a full day when stored in an airtight container. I want my drink cold, please.

Ingredients
- One bunch of roughly chopped curly kale
- One large lemon, quartered and peeled
- One-inch ginger, peeled
- One large cucumber, thinly sliced
- Two large, cored and sliced Granny Smith apples
- four complete celery stalks
Instructions
- Prepare and wash the vegetables.
- juice in the specified sequence.
- Sieve through the mixture if desired (if you don't like pulp)
