You people. My favorite green juice recipe is this one. Since we acquired our new juicer, I’ve been drinking it for about two years, and I can’t believe I never thought to share it with you!

I never use juicing as a meal replacement instead, I use it as an addition to really get my fill of fruits and vegetables. I love the way this green juice recipe tastes and it makes me feel great. If you’re not the type of person who always loves the taste of veggies, this is also the ideal approach to start juicing!

I now realize that, despite my best efforts, I don’t consume enough veggies. Well, particularly on the days when I’m testing out this recipe for oatmeal chocolate chip cookies. You realize that I’m just a human!

As I mentioned before, there are days when I’ll eat more chocolate chips than fruits and vegetables, so Trevor and I started preparing this green juice recipe a few months before our wedding.

GREEN JUICE: WHAT CAN IT DO FOR YOU?

Even though I genuinely enjoy fruits and vegetables, I am aware that eating them every day won’t provide me with the necessary nutrients. That is the reason I adore juicing so much.

More fruits, vegetables, and nutrients in my body equals green juice for me!

BLENDING OR JUICE: WHICH IS BETTER? ARE YOU REALLY BETTER OFF JUICING?

I realize that juicing is somewhat controversial because, let’s face it, you lose out on all the fiber in the fruits and vegetables if you drink them instead of eating them, but sipping is easier for me, and hey, at least it’s better than nothing, right?

Furthermore, this Green Juice Recipe is unbelievably wonderful.

WHICH GREEN JUICE RECIPE IS THE BEST?

In my opinion, this juice preparation tastes the greatest and offers a ton of advantages.

  • Okay. It’s beneficial. There are TONS of fruits and vegetables in this recipe.
  • It gives me a positive feeling. Hi there, joyful stomach and glowing skin.
  • I get to make better decisions all day long because of it!

Have I persuaded you? It takes only three easy steps to prepare, tastes great, and is nutritious!

A GREEN JUICE: HOW DO I MAKE IT?

  • Step 1: Prepare and wash your vegetables. Do you need to save time? Take care of things the previous evening!
  • Step 2: Although optional, this: Cool down your juice!

JUICED VEGETABLES: HOW LONG ARE THEY GOOD FOR?

Green juice should be consumed as soon as possible, although it can be stored in the refrigerator for up to 48 hours if covered.

It’s ideal to drink your juice right away, depending on the type of juicer you have (see your handbook). This green juice, made using our juicer, keeps well in the refrigerator for a full day when stored in an airtight container. I want my drink cold, please.

  • Step 3: Sip and relish!

Right now. Simple enough, isn’t it? However, here’s a query I frequently get asked:
