Peanut Butter and Strawberry Protein Smoothie

This protein smoothie with four ingredients, strawberry peanut butter, is a fantastic morning or post-workout snack.

Ingredients

  • ½ cup almond milk without sugar
  • Half a cup of frozen strawberries
  • Half a cup of vanilla protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons powdered peanut butter

Instructions

  • All ingredients should be added to a powerful blender and blended on high for one minute, or until thoroughly incorporated. If more almond milk is required to thin the smoothie, add it now. The consistency of the protein powder you use will determine this. Put on top of ice and serve.
